Party FAQ's

• Do I need to pay a deposit?

  No deposit is required. Payment is made on the day of your party by cash, EFTPOS or credit card.

• What is in a snack box?

  A Snack Box includes a party pie, sausage roll and potato crisps.

• What are the refreshment options?

  Refreshment options include a pop-top juice, bottled water or a regular slush puppie, with an all-natural flavour available. Glow and Putt Putt Parties also offer the option of a Schweppes soft drink can.

• Can I bring my own food?

  You’re welcome to bring your own snacks or food to cook on our BBQ facilities (booking required), including items for special dietary needs. Outside commercial food is not permitted. We also offer a Putter’s Pizza menu, including hot chips and garlic bread.

• Can I bring my own birthday cake?

  Yes, you can bring your own birthday cake. We can store your cake in our fridge or freezer until required. A knife, lighter and serviettes will be provided. Please bring your own candles, plates and cutlery.

• Can you cater for special dietary requirements?

  We offer gluten friendly or vegetarian snack boxes at an additional charge. Our Putter’s Pizza menu also offers a gluten friendly base. Alternatively, you’re welcome to bring suitable food for your child or guest.

  On arrival, please identify the child or guest with special dietary requirements to your party host and confirm their food requirements to ensure the correct food is provided to the right person.

• What happens if it rains?

  We’re ready for a little wet weather! 

  Covered mini golf: All 18 holes on our Fun Run Course are undercover, so the fun can continue.
  Party spaces: Our indoor party room and arcade are located inside the clubhouse. The Jungle Retreat event space is sheltered by a large pergola.
  Extreme weather: If severe weather makes it unsafe to proceed, your party can be postponed or cancelled.
  
  
  

• Do I need to provide exact guest numbers when booking?

  Not at all! An estimate is all we need when you book your party.

  Up to 3 days before: We’ll contact you to confirm your final guest numbers.
  On the day: You’ll only pay for the guests who attend, with a minimum charge of 8 guests.
